We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1pm will normally be processed the same working day. Next Day UK: Additional £5.95 to Standard UK. Delivery the following working day for orders placed before 2pm on the previous working day (UK only)*.
* UK includes Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Europe: £9.99. Standard Delivery Only - approximately 4-8 working days. Delivery to European countries includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
International: £12.99. Standard Delivery Only - approximately 7-12 working days. International Delivery includes the USA and Canada. To place an order from a different country, please email us using the contact button on the top menu and we will make the necessary arrangements.
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable. VAT (value added tax) of 15% will not be charged for items delivered outside the European Community where applicable. The VAT will deduct automatically before purchase.
For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
