Our Azamay detox involves identifying and reducing your individual toxic load and supporting your body to eliminate this. The mains sources of toxicity are through the air you inhale, the water you drink, the food you eat, the products used on your body, the products taken internally and the products used in your home.
- Avoid aluminium based deodorants and sun creams
- Use stainless steel cooking utensils
- Have any amalgam fillings replaced with white fillings
- Use ecologically friendly household cleaners
- Open your windows or burn aromatherapy essential oils rather than using air fresheners and sprays
- Replace carpets with wood or stone flooring
- Drink filtered water or bottled water from glass bottles
- Eat fresh, raw, organic fruits and vegetables
- Drink 8 glasses of warm water daily
- Avoid drinking too much water with meals, as it dilutes gastric digestive contents
- Avoid processed foods, preservatives, artificial colourings, additives, refined carbohydrates
- Avoid hydrogenated (trans) fats – hard margarine, deep fried foods
- Avoid alcohol and smoking
- Chew your food thoroughly until liquid as digestive enzymes in saliva help relieve pressure on the digestive system
- Avoid microwaving, frying and roasting your food

If you are pregnant or suffer from a terminal or chronic illness, then undergoing our Azamay detox would be unsuitable for you.
Your daily detox routine:
- On waking, drink a glass of hot water with half a freshly squeezed lemon to help alkalize your body and breakdown any mucus.
- Take one Milk Thistle herb and seed capsule, one Complete Fibre Complex with FOS with a full glass of water half an hour before a meal.
- Take 15 drops of Cleaver’s tincture in water three times a day.
